2021 Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Regarding Covid:

If the season has to be cancelled prior to the first assessment date of 2/27/21, all accounts will be refunded 90% of their registration fees. 

If the season is cancelled between 2/28/2021-3/14/2021 (For Babe Ruth, Majors, Minors, AA, A, Or Prep Baseball divisions or 10U, 12U, 16U Softball divisions) 75% of registration fees will be refunded. 

If the season is cancelled between 2/28/2021-4/4/2021 (For Coach Pitch and T-Ball Baseball divisions or Machine Pitch and 8U Softball divisions) 75% of registration fees will be refunded. 

If the season is cancelled on or after 3/15/2021 (For Babe Ruth, Majors, Minors, AA, A, Or Prep Baseball divisions or 10U, 12U, 16U Softball divisions), No Refund will be issued.

If the season is cancelled on or after 4/5/2021(For Coach Pitch and T-Ball Baseball divisions or Machine Pitch and 8U Softball divisions), No Refund will be issued.

IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL THE SEASON AND YOU USED A CREDIT TO REGISTER, THAT CREDIT WILL BE RE-ISSUED. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FROM CREDITS FROM THE SPRING AND FALL 2020 SEASON CANCELLATIONS. 

**All refunds will be returned to the card used to pay the registration fees within 30 days of season cancellation date**

Normal Refund Policy (If season is not impacted by Covid)
 
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS After March 14th, 2021.
If  you need to request a refund before this date, you must:
Email Caroline at secretary@mybbaseball.com to request a withdrawal and refund.
